Voice Asia Phone Card Pinless Dialing Instructions. |
Using Pinless feature is easy. Simply associate your number once you purchase the phone card. You will no longer require to enter PIN number as long as the phone card value is not exhausted. Once the phone card value is exhausted, simply make another purchase and repeat the same steps.
Pinless Association Instructions:
- Dial: Access Number
- Enter: Your Calling Card PIN #
- Wait for "Please enter your destination number message"
- Enter: #15#1+your phone number#
- A confirmation message saying that your number has been assoicated with the phone card
- Task Complete. Next time when you call the access number, you will no longer need to enter your pin.
Pinless un-association Instructions:
- Dial: Access Number
- Wait for "Please enter your destination number message"
- Enter: #16#1+your phone number#
- A confirmation message saying that your number has been un-assoicated with the phone card
- Task Complete. Next time when you call the access number, you will need to enter your PIN.
Note: Please use this feature only when you are sure that you are dialing from a number that's exclusively available to you. Meaning do not use this feature if you are using Payphones, or any shared phone network.

1) Dial Toll Free or Local Access Number
2) Enter old pin that you want to top up
3) When prompted for the destination number, press
#7#rechargepin (new pin)#
4) Once this is done, system should prompt you with new balance and refill process is complete. You may discard the refill/recharge pin. |

When using a phone card, make sure that you DO NOT PRESS ‘SEND’ or ‘TALK’ after punching in the destination number. This prevents you from unintentionally using the international call services provided by your cell phone carrier. We strongly suggest that our customers cancel international call services if they are using phone cards.
